There are extraordinary moments, something that goes beyond the limits of the common, such a situation (...), which had favorable outcome or not.

It happens in the time in which we live, a series of events for which an appropriate solution to the concrete situation is necessary.

Success represents something because it objectively identifies reality, a project that is being followed and with satisfactory results.

It is natural that the emergence of new ideas, in which the demands are solved, especially because the problems exist, the question is to identify and neutralize something that is out of order or incompatible with the current situation.

Good practices should be ensured as a result of the performance of certain situations with systematic changes to find the level of performance and productivity.

The changes happen with the intention to "never stop" socio-economic development, since it is on this that sustainability depends.

However, when you notice certain slowdowns in production and productivity, clearly you should make some adjustments.

To transform and modify this situation, to know its causes, why this happens.

It is to transform, to make different by the change of aspect, to lead to substantial change, to change the paradigm, perhaps to change if it obtains positive results, is an experience to take into consideration.

To change means, to worry about a certain state of "things" that one wants to change to "better", and sometimes the solution has not yet been found and the results prevail until they find a solution.

In the life and time that we live, a large part of business life is business-oriented, however, it is certainly not shifting to a new model, in order to seek greater profit from the assertive solution.

It is understood that these changes accelerate to a frenetic pace, conducive to this change - the question is whether certain paradigm shifts occur, or the situation is more severe, culminating in the slowing down of established indices and targets.

We know that changes from time to time, are good solutions, these transformations generally occur for understanding economic soundness, production and productivity.

Changes can be faster and deeper with each new period, which is based on a certain level of production, and is understandable because this "downward curve" loosens, a softness, because the levels of productivity are less intense.

Naturally, according to the slowing down of production, the highest point of this demand was at the peak of production and productivity, a high moment expressed by the economic strength characterized by these results.

Thus, this curve from the highest point to the lowest point means the decrease, a dininution, by the fall of this productivity, a temporary risk as long as the situation continues.

In fact, it is recurrent this transitoriness, which some companies go through, and the way to act against this situation, remains conditioned by the imperatives of the international scenario, a little throughout our global space.

However, advances in science and technology in the present century explain this current situation, especially because of the cohabitation and the possibility of "certain collapses", an inevitable situation with negative results at various levels.

They are characterized by the company-to-company relocation, in search of cheap labor, consequently by the bankruptcy of certain dividends that were once expressive, with a worldwide socio-economic predominance of the international monetary system.

That gradually softened, provoking conflicts originated by the suppression of the great overwhelming majority of employability in those sectors monopolized by the world economy.

We live a time of "ascension", in the literal sense of the term, which is concretely the apogee and fall, which are an intrinsic part of our civilizational history, a concrete event in the present day.
