In life and in the time in which we live, it is evident that there is a subordination something (...) that has some dominion over people, namely: time.

If we take into account that this "greatness" governs the whole global space where we stand.

Especially because it is the one who provides the "good time", the one that provides that certain works are carried out, on the one hand.

On the other hand, regarding "bad weather", an adverse temporal space because it does not support the appropriate working conditions against the improper characteristics resulting from climatic variations.

Thus this supernatural conditioning that determines in the people certain psychic and psychological state, because it influences negatively.

The unstable face, with dark clouds that denounces this "bad weather" and which translates into the activities that people fail to do.

A lifestyle that changes momentarily, by the absence of this "good time", the environment that is built, inviting to work.

That is expressed by the conviviality and harmony that binds people to the joy and attitude of the goals that are achieved by the work.

The imperative of "good or bad weather" is not an impediment to work, given the conditions some people have.

Because there are people who do not work in the open air, their environment is specific, because it requires this to guarantee this job indispensable job.

People attach their sensations, because they are deep and united, and all are reviewed in the same and only objective the continuity of work.

Because people have acquired a "breastplate" like the armor that protects them and encourages them on the most adverse occasions.

In fact it is the stimulus to the senses, which reacts in adversity to compensate for that lack as important as necessary.

Because it constitutes the well-being of the people who integrate them into the interrelations of one another.

Making possible the convergence of common ideas, as if it were a whole in which the aspirations of some are reflected in others.

However, it is only a few references that in the space and time in which they live favorable periods succeed and others do not.

These are atypical situations if they are cyclically considered to occur and their inevitability is a fact.

Indeed, time is a determining factor in people's lives, because unpredictability can and should be guarded.

In the present case where the forecast of the meteorology is a given that must be taken into account (...), which puts people on notice.

For informing the climatic conditions of the weather by the forecast of this "bad weather".

And the consequent degradation of soils as well as the erosion that leads to devastation and damage can be minimized.

This impact is irreversible, characterized by the deterioration of the desirable sustainability and the balance of the ecosystem by its natural conditions.
