The present time is different and atypical, it is not common and abnormal compared to the "past times".

Because of insecurity, the degree of extreme risk, as well as the vulnerability of people, life is exposed to dangers by the scourge of the current conjuncture.

What is the set of circumstances and events that are characterized by adverse social situation.

At present, being a citizen of the whole world, because we inhabit a plural house, the current global space.

There is the embarrassment when traveling, no longer goes the whole family on vacation in the same plane, they are alternating the elements of the family for different days.

Thus the focus is on "safety", putting this premise, for the content of essential information, first and then the enjoyment and pleasure of the holiday.

Being aware of the "great problems of the world" is rational in this attitude.

And to relativize the small problems of our daily life, it is above all to make a contribution to the value of life that it represents individually and for society.

Certainly human fragility is a given and preserve life in the sense of caring, even if it is as a supposed risk of threat.

It is essential that it be integrated into a favorable framework, where the likely situations are prevented, as a way to avoid or neutralize.

Thus a series of "eventualities" are defined, however unavoidable, because we do not ignore them, as a duty of citizenship and the value we attribute to other people.

In which the essential of exemplary citizenship is guided by the relations of reciprocity and friendship, by the healthy coexistence of one another and of dignity and respect.
